5. No System Access
The Company does not request, store, manage, or access Client login credentials. We do not access Client systems, devices, networks, or accounts. All assessments are based on information voluntarily provided by Client.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to scheduling or delivery of services. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee at Company’s discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Ridge Advisory, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
